Hi everyone. Welcome to  " Link for Pink" blog hop. First may I say a huge thank you to Lynne putting this hop together. She rocks!
October is Breast Cancer awareness month and to share our support we were asked to present a project. This card was made with great intentions but needs tweeking. I used the same paper for all the ribbons and mists to change the shades of pink.

This card goes out to all the mothers, daughters, sisters, wives, girlfriends , as well as any men , who have had to fight " the " fight.

We love you all and support you all!

The above card includes one of my FAVORITE images. The inside of the card is blank. The image was coloured with prisma pencils and mineral spirits. The image is from Ann's Digital Art and was included in the images sent in a progressive challenge at  http://priscillastyles.ning.com. ( CDAC). I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Bucket List Blog Hop!

Okay so I had this GREAT project for day 2 ...... LOL. After many many things going wrong here is a pic of my leftbrain wearing my project. I have always wanted to go to more  music concerts. I had a magazine to throw out and decided to make a bowl out of it. The magazine is all country music stars. Weird I know..... LOL . Due to un for seen things my bowl is not finnished but at least left brain had fun.

You can not see it very well but there is 5 layers so far in my bowl. Enjoy!

Bucket List Blog Hop!

We all make lists of sorts...... but Have you done a bucket list? I have not. Sure there are things I want to do, but what are they exactly. Good question ! So my first project was to make a list I can hang on my wall to remind me ..... I hope you like it. I imported a PNG into MTC the I replaced my gazelle blade with a pen and drew the image out. Then I coloured with mineral spirits and pencil crayons. I wonder if it is to pretty to fill in .......

The challenge this week at http://www.makeitcolourful.com/ is colouring darker skin tones. Okay so right off the bat .... skin tones of any shade are not my thing. I am not sure what caused me to take up the challenge but I did! I hope you enjoy her.

This image drove me nuts ... it is a work in progress. I was so happy with how my object 

placement was and how many things I got in one image :) I had to enter it wether it was completed or not.

  This is entered in creative uses of images ... it is for my Daughter to remind her that even tho I am 450 miles away I am still watching her!

Just a note :

Dear World:Not all British Columbians, or Canadians act in the manner you maybe witnessing on your news. 99.99% of Canadians are truly embarrassed by the actions of so very few. Most of us realize it was just a game; a really really big important game but nonetheless a game! Please accept our apologies.  No matter what, I am a True Canuck Fan, and the actions of others was UNCALLED FOR & UNREAL!!!

Okay now that I have ranted on to the card I made my daughter who happens to be in town. I had a blast making it.

 

A new Love!

This image is from http://www.makeitcrafty.com.au/ . I found this image a long time ago and lost it. I was so happy to stumble across it yesterday, and could not wait to colour it! As I was snooping around their site I found a challenge and thought I would enter. The mediums used were Prismacolour pencils, gel pens, At you spica markers, and blending tool! The image was draw with a pen in my Gazzy, thru Make The Cut. Enjoy what you do!

The cut file is from Thyme graphics. I always have a problem working in white. Near completion I can faithfully get some other colour on my white card stock LOL. I had a blast with this project. I hope it brings a smile :)
